Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, Chair of the NATO Military Committee, visited Greece for talks with senior political and military officials. The discussions covered the regional security situation and preparations for the NATO Summit in The Hague.
The visit also reviewed Greece's contributions to NATO deterrence, defence and operations. Greece has an important position on NATO's southern flank and hosts facilities used for Allied training and activity in the eastern Mediterranean.
