Lieutenant General Andrew M. Rohling, Deputy Chair of the NATO Military Committee, attended the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's Spring Session in Dayton. He discussed military requirements and the need for closer cooperation between governments, armed forces and defence companies.

Rohling called for expanded production facilities, stronger supply chains, joint procurement and common standards. The session took place in the city linked to the Dayton Peace Agreement, which ended the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995.
