NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte joined leaders from the Bucharest Nine and Nordic Allies at a summit hosted by Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also attended parts of the meeting.
Leaders discussed preparations for the NATO Summit, defence investment, military production and continued support for Ukraine. Rutte praised Lithuania for spending more than 4 percent of GDP on defence and planning a further increase.
