NATO Allies agreed to cooperate on new artillery ammunition and precision-strike initiatives during the Defence Industry Forum in Ankara.
One project is intended to develop a more interchangeable NATO-standard 155mm munition, while another explores multinational development of ground-based precision strike capabilities. The initiatives aim to increase scale, interoperability and production speed.
