Senior military leaders met in Victoria, Canada, to discuss collective security, deterrence, resilience and emerging technologies. NATO Military Committee Chair Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone used the conference to deepen dialogue on the increasingly connected security environments of the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions.

The discussions covered technology, AI-supported decision-making, defence industrial capacity, information-sharing, multinational exercises and professional military development. NATO has continued to expand practical engagement with partners and other actors in the Indo-Pacific as developments in the region increasingly affect Euro-Atlantic security.
