Lieutenant General Remigijus Baltrenas addressed senior officials at the NATO Defense College in Rome on the strategic value of NATO partnerships.

He said partnerships help strengthen stability, resilience and collective security while supporting NATO's core tasks and improving cooperation against hybrid and other shared threats.
