NATO launched Task Force X-Arctic to test networked uncrewed systems and improve persistent situational awareness across the North Atlantic, Arctic and High North.
The initiative is led by Allied Command Transformation and supports NATO's Arctic Sentry activity. It builds on earlier experimentation in the Baltic Sea and aims to speed the adoption of new technology.
