Secretary General Mark Rutte met Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginiene at NATO Headquarters for talks on deterrence, defence investment and Ukraine.

Rutte praised Lithuania's high level of defence spending and its contributions to air policing, forward forces and support for Ukraine.
