Secretary General Mark Rutte welcomed Latvia's prime minister to NATO Headquarters for discussions on deterrence, defence and preparations for the Ankara Summit.

Rutte praised Latvia's defence investment and support for Ukraine and reiterated that NATO's collective defence means no Ally stands alone.
