Secretary General Mark Rutte said the Ankara Summit would focus on delivering stronger armed forces, higher defence production and additional capabilities.

He pointed to rising defence and security investment among European Allies and Canada and said the Summit would feature major new contracts intended to turn financial commitments into operational strength.
